Records
There are lots of different variations of the classic Rubik's cube, the 3x3x3. However, the World Cube Association only recognizes 11 puzzles as official puzzles. An official puzzle is one that is used in official competitions, meaning that are recognized and made valid by the WCA. These 11 puzzles are arranged into 17 events (the ways of solving the cube). This is a list of the different events, along with the puzzle used:
